Preparing for your interview is not really that complicated.  Even if it is your first interview and you don't have much experience, you can be successful by following three basic steps.

The first step is to do your homework on the company.  Read the section on the opposite page. Even if you are not applying to a large company, what is the one thing that common sense tells you to do?

When you are done, proceed to step 2 in your interview preparation.
