Cover Letter

Both the résumé and cover letter are two important documents that are needed when you are job searching.  At this stage in your career search, you will most likely give the same résumé to your potential employers, but the cover letters for each of those employers should be different.  You should never hand out or do a mass mailing of a "form" or "generic" cover letter.  Read on to find out how to create the cover letter that will help you capture the interview and hopefully the job.
