Inside Address

The inside address is also a 3 to 4 line block that is placed under the heading. There should be one space between the date and the inside address. This block contains the addressee's full name and address, including city, state and ZIP code.

One way that your letter will stand apart from the rest is to make sure that it is addressed to a specific person.  If you do not know the name of the person the letter is going to, telephone the company and request this information.
