Inside Address

The inside address is also a 3 to 4 line block that is placed under the heading. There should be one space between the date and the inside address. This block contains the addressee's full name and address, including city, state and ZIP code.

There is the possibility that your interviewer might not be the same person you addressed your cover letter to. Your thank-you or follow-up letter should be addressed to the interviewer. If you had multiple interviewers, you should write an individual letter to each one.
