Leah Marquis has taught English at Shawsheen Technical High School for 25 years. She received a BA in English from the University of Lowell and an MA from Middlebury College and was a Massachusetts finalist for the prestigious Christa McAuliffe Fellowship in 1997 and 1998.

She is a co-founder of CurriculumUnits.com and was instrumental in developing The Crucible, The Excellent Adventure, and Galileo web sites.

She has had a number of articles published in The English Journal and continues to instruct and consult teachers in the integration of curriculum and technology.

Margarida Mello has taught English for 25 years and has been a faculty member of both Bromfield High School in Harvard, MA and Shawsheen Technical High School. She has also been an adjunct faculty member at Middlesex Community College.

She received a BA and MA in English from Rivier College and was a Massachusetts finalist for the prestigious Christa McAuliffe Fellowship in 1997 and 1998.

She is a co-founder of CurriculumUnits.com and was instrumental in developing The Crucible, The Excellent Adventure, and Galileo web sites.

Her most recent article entitled, "The Crucible", has been published in the November 2000 issue of The English Journal. She is committed to developing workshops that focus on instructing teachers in the integration of curriculum and technology.
