On Stage

No matter how much we read and study a play, it takes life only when it is performed on a stage before an audience.  A play, after all, is meant to be seen and not read.  Every director brings his own vision of what the playwright says to a production, and every actor bring his own life experience to a role.

Arthur Miller's play The Crucible speaks to those fears that still exist in man's soul, for we all know that the themes developed in this play are very much of importance to us today. They are universal.  Somewhere in the world right now there is a production of The Crucible being performed.  Be it an amateur or a professional production, The Crucible is on the stage!
